Our volunteer program helps employees go Beyond the expected® for their communities.
The Pekin Insurance corporate volunteer program supports a variety of area organizations. Plus, it empowers employees to give back to the communities where they work and live.
To qualify for our volunteer program, an employee must:
- Have full-time or part-time status.
- Work at Pekin Insurance for at least six months.
Corporate volunteering allows employees to serve during work hours or personal time. Employees receive up to 16 paid hours of volunteer time every year. They can use the hours all at once or throughout the year.
Volunteer activities create excellent team-building opportunities. They take employees away from their normal work environment to develop new skills.
Pekin Insurance employees volunteer for several great causes and organizations, including:
- United Way
- St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
- Susan G. Komen Memorial
- Junior Achievement
- TAPS (Tazewell Animal Protective Society)
